President executiu del Consell d’Administració d’Edicions Intercomarcals, SA fins el 2011. Actualment és president del Consell Assessor de Regió7 i columnista habitual.
Membre de la Comissió Assessora per a la creació dels Estudis de Periodisme de la Universitat Pompeu Fabra (UPF), va impartir classe com a professor associat des del 1994 fins al 2011, inicialment de l’assignatura de Periodisme Local, i després d’Empresa Informativa i Organització de Redaccions.
