Recuperem dues receptes de Nadal de l’any 1924 del prestigiós cuiner manresà Ignasi Domènech

 El 24 de desembre de l’any 1924 el prestigiós cuiner Ignasi Domènech Puigcercós (Manresa, 1874-Barcelona, 1956) va publicar al diari manresà “El Pla de Bages” dues receptes de cuina amb el títol “Els menjars de Nadal i Any Nou”. Les receptes són: el gall d’indi rostit a la catalana i el capó rostit a la mallorquina. 

L’article va ser “Escrit expressament per aquest número de EL PLA DE BAGES” i se’n prohibia la reproducció.
