Dijous 18: acte en record de Jacint Carrió

L’Associació de Gent Gran Jacint Carrió de Manresa organitza l’acte: “RECORDANT JACINT CARRIÓ, 10 ANYS DESPRÉS QUE ENS DEIXÉS”.

Hi intervindran:

Àngels Fusté, periodista
Jordi Valls, ex Alcalde de Manresa i
Joaquim Aloy, historiador.

L’acte tindrà lloc el dijous dia 18 de novembre, a les 5 de la tarda, a la Sala d’Actes del Centre Cultural el Casino.

Jacint Carrió i Vilaseca (1916-2000) va ser deportat als camps nazis de Mauthausen i Gusen, on va estar internat més de quatre anys. En sortir-ne, va dedicar una bona part de la seva vida a explicar arreu les atrocitats que hi va viure i veure per evitar que mai es tornés a repetir una barbàrie com aquella. Poc abans de morir va escriure el seu llibre de memòries.
