L’acte forma part del cicle de conferències sobre la vida i l’obra del periodista manresà assassinat fa 80 anys i és organitzat per la Comissió de l’Any Planes. La Comissió té com a objectiu principal que Josep Maria Planes sigui nomenat manresà il·lustre.
