Entrevista a Vicenç Circuns Cuadros, condemnat a mort el 1938 al castell de Montjuïc

Reproducció de l’entrevista gravada en vídeo a Vicenç Circuns Cuadros, de 92 anys (nascut a Sant Pere Sallavinera, però establert a Manresa des dels anys 30), que va patir les penalitats de la rereguarda republicana pel fet de ser una persona ideològicament de dretes i que, per aquest motiu, va haver de passar per diverses presons i, finalment, va ser conduit al Castell de Montjuïc, on va ser jutjat i condemnat a la pena de mort el 1938.

Durant molts dies va pensar que la seva execució era imminent. Afortunadament, no va ser així, tal com ell mateix explica a l’entrevista que és il·lustrativa de l’altra repressió, la de la rereguarda. Vicenç Circuns es va incorporar després a l’exèrcit franquista.
