Tinc a les mans una octaveta que el pas del temps ha envellit, és de l’any 1966 i fa referència al referèndum que es va fer el 14 de desembre, per reconèixer la “Ley Orgánica del Estado” que el règim franquista havia elaborat, i en demanava la seva aprovació.

Una octaveta, segurament feta amb una copiadora a mà, a tinta, una “vietnamita” on s’havia de copiar full a full. Gairebé que aquest mig full ciclostilat és ja un document, un document amb vuit arguments i encapçalat per un títol: “Razones para no votar”, i entre els que es pot llegir:

”- La Ley Orgánica es la creación de un sistema legal de apoyo, para que el Régimen no vaya por cauces más democráticos, ya que NO PODRA HABER UNA OPOSICION, NI LIBERTAD DE ASOCIACION, etc.” y és “signada” per “NOSOTROS DEMOCRATAS DE INSPIRACION CRISTIANA CREEMOS QUE EL DEBER DE NUESTRO PUEBLO ES NO VOTAR.“

Una octaveta que vaig trobar al carrer, una nit de dies abans del “Referéndum”. Un document que mostra el treball, la voluntat de persones que, amb eines precàries i amb convenciment, buscaven escletxes per lluitar contra el règim franquista, malgrat exposar-se a una dura repressió.
